What’s the sale discount?
There will be 20-40% off site wide.

There will also be an extra 10% off for email subscribers during the 1st hour only. 
 
When does the sale start?
The sale starts at 7pm AEST Tuesday 11th June.

This will be valid for 1 hour from 7-8pm only, on Tuesday 11th June. You must use the special promo code which will be emailed at 6pm on launch day.

 

You will receive an email upon signup, and further emails in the lead up to the sale. If you haven't received anything from us, please first check your spam/junk folder, and then contact us and we'll look into it for you. 

 

Yes. There will be a minimum of 20% off, up to 40% off selected items.

 

Will I need a discount code?
No, all products will be marked down on the website. 

You'll only need a discount code during the 1st hour of the sale, from 7-8pm Tuesday, if you want an extra 10% off. Otherwise, every product will be automatically discounted, so you won't need to use a promo code after the 1st hour.
 
Can I also use other discount codes?
Regular discount codes cannot be used during the sale, sorry.

 

Orders over $200 will be eligible for a free room spray (valued at up to $22.95). Add one to your order to redeem, and the price will be reduced at checkout.

 
I forgot to add my free gift, am I too late?!
Please just email us within 1 hour of placing your order and we can manually add it. 

By default, rewards redemption codes are not compatible with other discounts, however if you redeem your points and get your discount code before launch day, we can amend it for you so that you can use it during the sale.

I had items in my cart and now they’re gone or sold out?
While your cart is saved, it doesn't actually reserve the items for you, so someone else might put their order through for the same item while you're still browsing. We suggest placing your order as quickly as possible if you have your eye on anything in particular (especially items that are not made by us - there is limited stock in these). You can browse ahead of time so that you're ready to check out as soon as the sale is live. 
 
Are you still offering free delivery?

Yes, delivery is free on orders over $99 or $9.95 flat rate on orders under $99. 
 
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our dispatch times will be longer during the sale due to the volume of orders, so we estimate a 2-3 day dispatch time for express shipping and potentially up to 4-7 day dispatch time for standard shipping.
 
I bought something last week and now it’s on sale. Can I get a refund for the difference?
Sorry, sale prices are only valid during the sale period. It's the nature of retail!
 
I'm a stockist - is the sale valid for wholesale customers?
We're so sorry, but our mid year sale does not apply to wholesale. Keep an eye out for the next Faire market though!
