Christmas delivery cutoff dates
We are based in Brisbane so keep this in mind when ordering. In this busy time, it may also take us up to 3 days to process your order.
To ensure your Christmas gifts arrive in time, please place your order before the below dates. If you miss the standard delivery cutoff date, you can upgrade to express for an extra $7.
Dec 6 - Standard delivery cutoff for WA, NT, Far north QLD, SA and remote areas.
Dec 14 - Standard delivery cutoff for interstate metro areas. Express cutoff for WA, NT, Far north QLD, SA and remote areas.
Dec 17 - Express cutoff for all areas outside of Brisbane.
Dec 18 - Last day for Brisbane guaranteed delivery before Christmas.

Delivery within Australia
Only $10 delivery to anywhere in Australia! Orders over $50 ship FREE.
We only charge a single flat rate $10 delivery fee within Australia for all orders under $50, and if you spend more than $50 your shipping is free! Your candle will be wrapped up carefully and sent to you with full tracking within 3-5 business days.
We are located in Brisbane so the closer you are to us, the quicker you'll receive your parcel. If you have not received anything within 10 days, please get in touch.
We have now added an Express Upgrade shipping option for an extra $7.
Although we process orders as quickly as possible, this option simply means that we will ship via Express Post rather than courier, it does not increase our processing time - this is still up to 3 days.
If you are not in a metro area, please allow additional time on top of the above dates.
Physical street address preferred
Please do not use PO Boxes. We prefer to send by courier because they take better care with your parcels and it is more cost and time efficient. If you choose to have your order shipped to a PO Box we will not be able to use a courier.

The shipping rate will be calculated at checkout depending on weight.
We're perfectionists here and only send you items that we'd be happy to gift to the Queen. If your products aren't up to scratch then please get in touch and we'll refund or replace it for free.
