**LAST ORDER DATES FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY**

Standard delivery: Order by 13th December for delivery before Christmas (excluding WA, TAS & NT. Please now use Express delivery). 

Express delivery: Order by midday 19th December for delivery before Christmas.

We will be processing orders until midday 19th December, but do not guarantee delivery by Christmas for orders placed after the above dates. 

Christmas closure

Our warehouse will be closed from Friday 20th December until Sun 12th January inclusive. 

Any online orders placed during this time will be processed from 13th January. 

Delivery within Australia

Only $9.95 delivery to anywhere in Australia! Orders over $99 ship FREE.

We only charge a single flat rate $9.95 delivery fee (or an additional $10 for Express) within Australia for all orders under $99, and if you spend more than $99 your shipping is free! Your order will be wrapped up carefully and sent to you with full tracking within 1-3 business days.

We are located in Clontarf (near Brisbane) so the closer you are to us, the quicker you'll receive your parcel. If you have not received anything within 10 days, please ensure you check your tracking and if you need assistance, get in touch with us.

If you are not in a metro area, please allow additional time on top of the above dates. 

Please choose Express Shipping if you need your order in a hurry. 

International shipping

Sorry, we do not have international shipping set up at the moment. If you are located outside of Australia and would like to place an order, please contact us and let us know which items you would like to order (we cannot ship reed diffusers or room sprays overseas), and we can get an estimated shipping cost for you.
