What’s the sale discount?
There will be up to 40% off site wide. 
 
When does the sale start?
The sale starts at 8pm AEST Thursday 20th November.
 
I signed up but haven't received any emails? 
You will receive an email upon signup, and further emails in the lead up to the sale. If you haven't received anything from us, please first check your spam/junk folder, and then contact us and we'll look into it for you. 
 
Is everything on sale?
Yes. There will be a minimum of 10% off, up to 40% off selected items.
 
Will I need a discount code?
No, all products will be marked down on the website.
 
Can I also use other discount codes?
Regular discount codes or rewards points cannot be used during the sale, sorry. This includes discount codes issued from submitting product reviews. 
 
What is the free gift?
Orders over $160 will be eligible for a free Caramel Spiced Bikkie candle (valued at $40). Your free gift will automatically be added to your cart, once your order is eligible. The free gift cannot be sold or transferred. If the free gift sells out, an alternative will be available. 

Can I use a Gift Card?
Yes, you can... enjoy!
 
Can I use my rewards points? 
Due to our huge Black Friday discounts, reward points can’t be redeemed during the sale. You’ll still earn points on your order, and you can spend them once the sale ends. Thanks for understanding - this helps us keep prices as low as possible for everyone!
 
Do sale orders earn rewards points?
They sure do! 

I had items in my cart and now they’re gone or sold out?
While your cart is saved, it doesn't actually reserve the items for you, so someone else might put their order through for the same item while you're still browsing. We suggest placing your order as quickly as possible if you have your eye on anything in particular (especially items that are not made by us - there is limited stock in these). 
 
Are you still offering free delivery?
Yes, delivery is free on orders over $99 or $9.95 flat rate on orders under $99. 
 
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our dispatch times will be longer during the sale due to the volume of orders, so we estimate a 2-3 day dispatch time for express shipping and potentially up to 4-10 day dispatch time for standard shipping.

My order is late or has gone missing. What do I do?
Please follow the links in your tracking notification email and lodge an enquiry through Shippit. If you have done this and still have problem, please contact us
 
I bought something last week and now it’s on sale. Can I get a refund for the difference?
Sorry, sale prices are only valid during the sale period. It's the nature of retail!

What if I want to return items in my order?
No problem! Please see our full returns policy.
 
I'm a stockist - is the sale valid for wholesale customers?
We're so sorry, but this sale does not apply to wholesale. Keep an eye out for the next Faire market though!
