The term “you” refers to the website user or customer.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any conduct that may:

- Interfere with our site’s operation
- Harass other users
- Attempt to bypass security measures
- Disseminate harmful or illegal content

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and details are accurate.
However:

- Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings
- Packaging may differ during seasonal releases
- Fragrance intensity may vary due to natural ingredients and seasonal variations

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree that:

- All information provided is accurate and complete
- You are authorised to use the payment method
- You understand orders cannot be modified once processing has started

We accept major payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, and Shopify Payments.
We may refuse or cancel orders if fraud is suspected or products are unavailable.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only. During peak periods (Christmas, sales, new launches), delays may occur.

Once your order has left our warehouse:

- Delivery timelines are outside our control
- Lost/delayed parcels must be lodged with the carrier for investigation
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We comply with Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for:

- Faulty goods
- Incorrect items received
- Items damaged in transit (with photo evidence)
- Change of mind (provided item is in original packaging and return postage is covered by the customer).

 

We do not accept returns for:

- Used candles or products
- Sale items (unless faulty)

7. Gift With Purchase (GWP) Promotions

When promotions include a free gift:

- The required minimum spend must be met after discounts
- If items are returned and the minimum spend is no longer met, the free gift must also be returned or its value deducted from the refund
- GWPs are available while stock lasts and cannot be exchanged

8. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale accounts are subject to additional terms.
Stockists must follow our RRP guidelines and must not resell on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay).

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including images, text, graphics, logos, product designs, packaging artwork, and brand elements - are the property of Ivy & Wood or our collaborating artists.

You may not:

- Reproduce or distribute our content
- Use our images for resale

- Use our branding without written permission

Any use without consent may result in legal action.

- Indirect, consequential or incidental damages

Candle Safety:
Customers must follow all label instructions and safety guidelines. Failure to follow safe burning practices may result in damage or injury, for which we are not responsible.
