Disappointed

Received incorrectly labeled bottles which was quickly fixed and had new bottles resent to me however the new bottle smells different to the old banksia and bergamot bottles I have had. Have tried to contact regarding this but haven’t had a response back as yet. Something maybe for others to be aware of but I don’t think I will purchase again which is a shame as I loved the scent of my old bottles.

We did resend replacements after an initial labelling issue, but it sounds like the scent still hasn’t matched what you previously loved. I’ve reached out to you directly to resolve this properly and make sure you’re taken care of.
Our Bergamot & Banksia formula hasn’t changed, so we’d genuinely like to investigate what may have happened here.

We first received this spray as a house warming gift - it is incredible. The smell is addictive and so pleasant. Not long after using it I bough the candle version and another spray bottle. Love it!

Heavenly fragrance

I have purchased the Santal spray previously. This is a spray that is not overpowering, with a subtle woody fragrance. It is a heavenly scent, I have always been drawn to the layers of sandalwood, patchouli and bergamot, I will miss this scent.
